I wish I knew... none of the Java apps I have here actually have
toolbars in them, and I'm no Java programmer so I can't easily rattle up
a quick test program to find out  :o/

Bill, Peter or somebody else on the list may know, but in the meantime
I'll also ping the appropriate Java accessibility folks for an answer.
