Style Font Name in 1.2

Hi,

I was wondering if it were possible to get the name of the font used by
the currently set theme, in 1.2. It'd make it a lot easier for me to
tinker with the fonts but still leave things resembling the theme.

Is there any way to do this without reading the theme and parsing it
myself? I haven't been able to find it, if so.
