<shrug>. I don't think holding back the appearance of themes in
GTK+-2.0 to the same ugly / broken appearance we had in GTK+-1.2
makes sense.

Some fixes can be done within the theme-support hacks I did for 1.2.9,
but not all, and I don't intend to spend time on such efforts.
