I think by default, all themes should look the same for GTK+ 1.2 and 2.0
(yes, this includes the default theme as well), and the `improved' looks
should be provided as an option. Why? Because I don't want to be able to
tell by a brief glimpse on my desktop which application is ported to GTK+
2.0 and which one still uses GTK+ 1.2.
