 Exactly!

 The point discussed here is if some poweruser needs to use PowerGUIMorpher
tool, he wouldn't have to download and apply unofficial patches to gtk,
recompile gtk and use PowerGUIMorpher, but that he will just have to install
PowerGUIMorpher.
