Has a patch to fix the makefile.
As for fixing the content - well, that's really an issue of upgrading
the tutorial to GTK+-2.0 (all examples are extracted from the
tutorial), which probably should be done by someone quite familiar
with GTK+ development - at least someone who's been following
gtk-devel-list for a while; I'm not sure that's a gnome-love task...
The approach we are principally taking to examples for GTK+-2.0 is
demos/gtk-demo/, rather than the examples/ directory, which has always
been quite a grab-bag of good and bad stuff.
