OpenVMS build files

These are all the additional files that are required to build on
OpenVMS. These would either be checked in to the source tree or
available as a separate download (see original posting).

vms_cc.com - command file to compile a single C file
vms_share.com - command file to create a shareable image
vms_link.com - command file to create an executable image
vms_build_setup.com - common setup file invoked by each vms_build.com.
vms_build.com - command file for building on OpenVMS
glib/config.h_vms - prebuilt OpenVMS version of config.h
glib/glibconfig.h_vms - prebuilt OpenVMS version of glibconfig.h
glib/libglib.opt - linker options file to pull in libglib
glib/libglib_create.opt - linker options file to create libglib
shareable image
glib/vms_build.com - command file for building on OpenVMS
glib/vms_glib-config.com - command file to create glib-config
glib/gmodule/gmoduleconf.h_vms - prebuilt OpenVMS version of
gmoduleconf.h
glib/gmodule/libgmodule_create.opt - linker options file to create
libgmodule shareable image
glib/gmodule/libgmodule.opt - linker options file to pull in libgmodule
glib/gmodule/vms_build.com - command file for building on OpenVMS
glib/gthread/vms_build.com - command file for building on OpenVMS
glib/tests/vms_build.com - command file for building on OpenVMS
