GtkEntry TODO patch.

Hi,
I had some problems sending the patch
the adds a blinking cursor for the 
GtkEntry, so here it is again, sorry
for the inconvinience.

I dont know if this is the right way to
do this, but here it goes attached.
2 patches one for gtkentry.h and
another one for gtkentry.c
