	Popt is, in fact, the "official" Gnome arg parsing library.  Havoc
is suggesting a popt-like library in the Glib style, to be shipped with
Glib, so that Gtk+/Gnome programs would not depend on that outside
library.

	...sort of like having g_malloc over malloc, I think.
