Who maintains libtool?

Hi,

Does anyone know if libtool is actively being maintained?
I accessed their website at: http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/libtool.html
but when I tried to subscribe to their mailing list, I didn't get
back any responses.  I wanted to report some of the problems
I had with libtool under AIX, and since libtool is an integral
part of building GTK, I thought someone on this list would know.
