DND highlighting broke



The way that the highlighting is done seems to be broke, I found one
minor problem and fixed it, but it didn't fix the real problem. It seems
that at least on my system when the cursor is moved very quickly from
the highlighted widget to the root window (when not running gmc, though
dunno if that makes any difference), the highlight persists ... this can
be seen with other widgets, but it's most apparent with the panel ...
the highlight goes away when you move the cursor away slowly, so that it
has time to pass above a widget which is not getting that drag ...

it would almost seem that GDK_DRAG_LEAVE never happens ... I was mucking
around in the source for the last hour and can't find out what could be
wrong

could be another one of those alpha problems ...
