problem with Mac OS X

i made my mac os program using GTK2


everything works fine except loading extra theme engines like crux-engine

i'm getting "unable to locate theme engine in module_path "crux-engine"


what should i fix  so it will be able to find it


i've tried adding to ~/.gtkrc-2.0


module_path="/here/full/path/to/where/libcrux-engine.so/is/located"


with no effect.


please help. i am not an expert of mac os platform.
