Hello.

fix this issue.
generate gschemas.compiled, and append share/glib-2.0/gschemas.compiled 
in release package.

generate gschemas.compiled is run command on windows in developer package.
```
bin\glib-compile-schemas.exe share\glib-2.0\schemas
```
