Disable mouse right-click on GtkSpinButton

I noticed the user can right-click on buttons of a GtkSpinButton widget and
the result is to set the value at the minimum (right-click on minus button)
or at the maximum (right-click on plus button).
Is it possible to disable this behaviour? I have to guarantee the value is
increased/decreased step by step.
