Solved
Looks like at-spi2-atk-2.12.1.tar.xz provides atk-bridge-2.0
Maybe the configure script should hint at that ;-)

I have built and installaed ATK and it installed a file
/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/atk.pc
If I run pkg-config --cflags atk it runs with this output
> -I/usr/local/include/atk-1.0 -I/usr/local/include/glib-2.0
-I/usr/local/lib/glib-2.0/include
but there is no atk-bridge-2.0.pc anywhere.
I see in the gtk configure script these lines
########################################
# Check for Accessibility Toolkit flags
########################################
if test x$enable_x11_backend = xyes; then
ATK_PACKAGES="atk atk-bridge-2.0"
else
ATK_PACKAGES="atk"
fi
Am I missing something? How do I get the correct dependencies?
Thanks
