How can display texture as background of GtkWindow

Hi

this week i try to set some texture as background of GtkWindow .
i use css provider and bottom line as css source
    background-image: url("/home/bijan/Pictures/texture/bg2.png") ;

the problem is that gtk+ not support repeat attribute so the texture fill
instead of repeat in background

does anybody have any solution

do i need to fill a bug about that?
