GtkSourceView 2.10 and Windows 7 64 bit ?

Hello List

Can anyone tell me where to find gtksourceview dll and dev files for any
recent version of 2.x for windows7 / 64bit ?

I've been googling all night and only found that the zip files at
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win64/gtksourceview/2.10/
are missing the dlls and lib files..??
