move cursor with keyboard in a window

Hello!!
I need your help...
i have built a gtk glade application which consist only in a window...i'd like
to add a keyboard cursor(Left/Right/Up/Down arrow) only in the window...not in
all the screen.
On the other hand, i'd like that each time i click in a point(that i arrived
with keyboard arrows) it appears the coordenates in my console.
