How to show a pop-window in windows of GTK

Hello,

I made a window which includes a screen and a button.When I click the
button,
it calls an executable file which creats a Pop-windows.

Now I need to embed this pop-window in the screen. I mean, I need to
make the
sreen show the contents of this pop-window.

Is is possible? I really have no idea, help me!!
