I've personally been hoping, wishing and praying for a forum over these mailing lists. I find forums much 
better than mailing lists. What's the address of your forum?

Well, I guess one question to ask is what value you're hoping to  
offer to GNOME developers that they can't already get from the  
mailing lists, IRC, blogs, and wikis... if you can tell us that, we  
can probably give you some better ideas about how to achieve it.
