Default Text in GtkComboBox

Hi all,

I've been looking through all the Gtk docs and I don't see any way to 
set the text for item # -1 (which would act as a prompt if nothing has 
been selected from the list yet) for a GtkComboBox. Is there a way to do 
this or do I have to fake it with item #0?
