Re: GLib 2.8.2 released

It has been brought to my attention that the md5 sums for

 ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.8/glib-2.8.2.tar.bz2

and
 
 http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/source/glib/2.8/glib-2.8.2.tar.bz2

do not agree. This is because the .bz2 files were created at
different compression levels. I have verified that the tarballs are
identical after uncompressing. 

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused; I'll try to find
a way to avoid this in the future.
