you get both a callback when a toggle is unset, and when it is set. So
if you add a `if (toggle->active) ` statement in your callback you only
handle the one that bcomes active.

Haha very funny :-) I know it is bad code. But it works. And i'm not a
C/C++ expert. didn't study it. it's just a hobby.
