root windows

hi,

in my application i have two root windows... let's say that in one
callback of a button from one of the two windows i want to refer to
the other window... is it possible to do that? some more info.... the
windows have been created with glade and the code generated with the
build of glade... so the pointers are hooked up using
GLADE_HOOKUP_OBJECT which to be honest i dont know what it is...
