GtkFileChooserButton's mode

Hi!
Does anybody know why the GtkFileChooserButton widget does not accept
the GTK_FILE_CHOOSER_ACTION_SAVE mode (or the
GTK_FILE_CHOOSER_ACTION_CREATE_FOLDER mode)?
