displaying html data

hi all,

i am new to gtk programming and i am starting off with a simple
applet.what i want to ask if there is any way that i can be able to
display html text in html format in a gtk window either as a label or
some other text widget..

the text is in html format..and also contains <tr> tags..

is there any easy way around this..
