It's hard to say if it is fixed in 2.6 or not.  The patch for 
gdkeventcrossing is not in 2.6, so if the problem you're experiencing is 
related to that, then your problem is probably not fixed.  But if it is 
related to the cursor issue in bug 137551, then it probably is fixed.  
Hopefully someone can review 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=152566 so it can get fixed for 
the next win32 release.
