how can scroll the treeview widget without scrolled window?

hello!
        I want to scroll the treeview widget(I means the function
"gtk_tree_view_scroll_to_cell" can work and the main window keep the
original size,
if possible, the mouse can scroll the treeview) ,but I do not like the
scrolled window style, the scrollbars make the window ugly. Is it
possible?
or WHERE I can find some information or source codes to refer!
