spinbutton behaviour

Hi!
I have a window with spinbutton and OK button. when I set the spinbutton
value clicking on spinbutton's arrows it works ok, but when I use
numeric keys to change the value and click OK the values I get using
gtk_spin_button_get_value are not changed.
the problem occures only on windows (gtk+-2.4.10), on linux it works ok.
what can be wrong?
