but there is nothing about forcing a tooltip to show.
I managed to do that by borowing gtk_tooltip_show_tip from gtktooltips.c
but now I have a problem with moving tip window to a specified position,
when it is shown it takes X coordinate from mouse position, and Y is
just below the widget the tooltip is set on.
anyone know how to move a tip window?
