win32 drag and drop

Hi,

yesterday I saw a posting in some mailing list that
dragging files from Windows Explorer to a GTK
application does work. I wanted to try that, so
I have spent a lot of time today searching for
that message again, but was unable to find it :-/

So please, if anybody knows how dnd works with
Windows Explorer, please let me know.
