See the bottom of the page that says:

"To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or 
unsubscribe from gtk-app-devel-list), enter your subscription email address:"

I must admit, it took me a minute or two to find the unsubscribe bit on that page :)
