Hi!
These installers work fine, but you still have to tell your
applications where to find the GTK-DLLs. The easiest way to do this is
simply add "C:\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\lib" (or where you
installed the GTK-Runtime-Environment) to your PATH environment variable.
If you're compiling in a cygwin environment also make sure that you are
using the windows native pkg-config.exe which can be found in the "bin"
directory of your GTK-Development-Environment.
