Hello,
I installed gtk-2.4.0, but after that atk and pango librarys can not

IIRC, gtk-2.3.5 is a development snapshot release and probably is meant
to be overwritten by gtk-2.4.0 (i.e. every `.5' release is an unstable
version of the next '.0' release from what I understand).
Do 2.3.5 libraries install themselves as:
/usr/lib/libgtk+-2.4.so.<major>.<minor>.<micro> on your machine ?
(most importantly the 2.4 part).
You probably only have the old `.pc' files from your last install,
is there any reason you would want to keep these two versions of
the same gtk+ on your machine ?
Cheers,
