about keymapping

hi all, i have created two note book pages and some
text boxes in it. if i press up&down arrow keys,cursor
moves in the textboxes and goes to next notebook page.

Now i want to map only pageup & pagedown keys to
change the  pages and only up & down keys has to work
inside the pages. can anybody guide  me about this.
