Did you unzip the Pango zipfile in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Visual Studio\VC98 folder? Or did you unzip it somewhere else and copy
(only) the DLLs to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98 ? If
so, you shouldn't have done that. Instead, keep the unzipped Pango
distribution as such in one place, and add its "bin" folder to your
PATH. (If you are using an older binary distribution of Pango than
1.2.3, add the "lib" folder to your PATH.)
