Changing from GTK+1.3 to GTK+2.0

Hi,

I produced program in gtk+1.3.  I want to now compile it with 2.0, would 
have to change anything in the code, or could just compile it and run it.  
e.g would i have change the #include's at the start of the files, and have 
any function names changed.

And also would it actually change the appearance of the app if i was change 
to 2.0.
