[H-E-L-P] Getting Text/label and Icon POSITION (not just size) in a Tree [H-E-L-P]

I have a tree nicely loaded with icons and text labels and I would like 
to be able DETECT if a mouse click occured over an icon or not. It would 
greatly help if I knew the position of the icon or text/label wrt the 
tree(item). Can this be done?
