Re: Gtk and other libs in the same project (under windows)



Just to throw this out there since you all seem to be having problems with M$ VC++, MingW32 has a native port of gcc that works great with GTK+ on Windows.  It may not be an option for you but wanted you to be aware that it's out there.

I also use Microsoft VC++ 5.0. And also agree that they suck.  If
it wasn't for the bit-field padding differences between the

And I also had the same problem.  Make certain that you have patched 
your copy of VC++ 5.0 to SP3.  Today, the patch is available from 
Microsoft's web site at 

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/downloads/updates/sp/vs97/default.aspx

Tommorrow, knowing Microsoft web site, this patch may no longer be available.
This is more proof that Microsoft sucks.
