Accessing "external" widgets...

Hello again,

My application requires the use of "plugins", which any user may write.  How 
would I export the interface components I want the user to place their 
objects into to their plugin?  I guess the easiest example of this would be 
the "dialog" window in GTK.  Any guesses?
