Scrolling problem with TextView and ScrolledWindow

Hi,

I'm having the following problem, with a ScrolledWindow containing a
TextView:

When the scrollbar is located at the bottom of the TextView, and the
user makes the window smaller - the scrollbar automatically scrolls, so
that when the user resizes the window back to its original size, the
scrollbar is centered in the TextView.

Since there are a lot of these TextView/ScrolledWindow, this forces the
user to scroll manually to the bottom in each and every of them.

What I want to do, is that when the scrollbar is located at the bottom,
the scrollbar should keep there. However when the scrollbar is moved to the
center, it should be able to scroll freely as it does now.

How is that possible? :-)
