Hi David,
Are you getting tiny black dots/squares wherever you should have text?
If so, it sounds like you're missing some of the win32 run-time files, in
particular etc\pango\pango.modules - how did you install GTK+? If you
followed Tor Lillqvist's instructions on his website then you should be okay
(see http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32 for more details).
This problem has been discussed on this mailing list before - see the thread
starting at
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtk-app-devel-list/2002-June/msg00263.html
for starters. Also, you may find the gimpwin-dev mailing list useful as
well, where the same problem was discussed at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/gimpwin-dev/message/2653
Regards,
Richard.

Subject: Running Gtk+-2 in win32?
Hi.
I'm running Cygwin with gcc-2.95.3 and gtk+-2.0 and I have a problem.
When I start my program after a compile with no errors or warnings I get
no
text in the program.
All labels are gone..
Anyone who can help me?
