how to get pointer to widget in a window

        In my application,I wrote a signal handler which create main window with sevral widgets in it.In 
Glade,the create function generated by Glade return the main window's pointer.
        The problem is,how to get pointers to those "child" widgets contained in the main window from the 
pointer to main window?
