Making skinnable apps..

Hi all,

I've made a few Gtk+ apps and thought i might have a go at making a
skinnable app. Does Gtk+ have support for writing skinnable apps as i
can't find any reference aside from the pixbuf calls?

Can anyone point me to pages on the web on creating skinnable apps?
Or a library for C or C++?
Any comments and recommendations welcome.
