Hello!
I try to make an option menu in a modal dialog box...
...
speed = gtk_option_menu_new( );
speed_menu = gtk_menu_new( );
//append_menu_item( GTK_MENU( speed_menu ), "Select value", NULL, NULL );
//append_menu_item( GTK_MENU( speed_menu ), "Fast", NULL, NULL );
//append_menu_item( GTK_MENU( speed_menu ), "Slow", NULL, NULL );
...
gtk_option_menu_set_menu( GTK_OPTION_MENU( speed ), speed_menu );
the lines append_menu_item( ... ) gives me
Gtk-WARNING **: invalid cast from (NULL) pointer to `GtkObject'
Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtksignal.c: line 724 (gtk_signal_connect):
assertion `object != NULL' failed.
But this is directly from examples in SAMS book GTK+ programming.
(Page 162)
Is it that I can't have a optin menu in a modal dialog box or
something?
