The practical bg is: I've tuned my desktop a bit downloaded=20
sawfish and gtk themes and modified them and all. Now, the
sawfish theme has differently coloured window decorations for
focused/not focused windows but the widgets in the gtk theme
always have the colour they were assigned based on the colours
for active windows.
Example: active window has very light gray tilte bar and bottom,
inactive has blue bar and bottom, scrollbar is always light gray.
Esp. with the scrollbar this feels odd.

I'd modify the themes myself, just don't know if what I'd like to
achieve is possible at all.
