Bonus: how can I drag and drop a multiple-row selection? Reorderable
rows and multiple selection are mutually exclusive in 1.3.13.
The "reorderable rows" feature is just a built-in convenience piece of
drag-and-drop functionality; you can always do your own DND behavior
instead if the built-in thing isn't quite what you want.
However quite possibly the built-in reorderable rows feature should
drag the whole selection; you might file that on bugzilla.gnome.org to
track the issue.
