Go to this URL. Go to the bottom, where it says:

  "To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes, 
  get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from gtk-app-devel-list), 
  enter your subscription email address:"

Enter your subscription email address. Follow the directions for
getting the password reminder. Use that to unsuscribe.
