gtkmm 1.2 does not ask for libsigc++ 1.2 - it uses libsigc++ 1.0. gtkmm2
uses libsigc++ 1.2.
The thing, though, is that I did installed version 1.0.3, which is the
only version availible at
ftp://ftp.dit.upm.es/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/libsigc++/
libsigc++ 1.2 and gtkmm2 are not stable so they should not be in the
stable directory.
