CList question

I don't know if this question has been asked a trillion times before ...

I'm writing an application that uses a CList as some kind of playlist.
Therefore it must be possible to make multiple selections 
in this CList, which is simple.

But additionally I need the possibility to move rows to other postions in this list.
How do I get the list to allow the movement of rows?
